Ticketmaster Finland
Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster. The ticket prices include Ticketmaster handling fee €1–3 per ticket. An order fee is added (€1,50 / order when buying online, €3 / order when buying at the ticket outlet).
Note! For tickets purchased from the online only mobile tickets are available as the delivery method. A mobile ticket is a digital admission ticket that can be found directly in the customer’s Ticketmaster account and app. From now on, tickets purchased from the online store will no longer be delivered by email, in PDF format, or by post, and they cannot be printed. The ticket must be shown directly from the phone at the entrance. For tickets purchased before May 4, 2026, PDF tickets are still accepted.

Tickets at the Concert Venues
Tickets are sold at the door in each concert venue starting from one hour before the concert. At the same time, tickets are no more sold in Ticketmaster. You can pay with card, cash ePassi and SmartumPay.
Discount Prices and Assistants
Middle price category: seniors
Third price category: students, unemployed and 2–16-year-old children
Please be prepared to proof that you are entitled for the discount.
Escorts and assistants can attend concerts for free. Assistants’ tickets can only be purchased at the the ticket outlets and at the door.
Kaikukortti Card
The festival is part of the Kaikukortti network. Kaikukortti Card must be presented when purchasing a ticket, and it cannot be used for online purchases.

Culture Benefits
SmartumPay and ePassi can be used in all ticket outlets, including at the door.
