Arrival

Oulunsalo Soi concerts will take place in 2025 across Oulu as well as in Ii, all with good transport connections. Each concert listing includes the venue and address.

It is recommended to arrive at the venue early. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the concert begins. If you plan to buy tickets at the venue, you should arrive about 30 minutes in advance. Ticket sales at the venue start one hour before the event. To avoid queues, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

Safety

Oulunsalo Soi events follow safer space principles. In a safer space, everyone has the freedom to be themselves without fear of ridicule, discrimination, or harassment.

Respect
Give others space, pay attention to your choice of words and remember the diversity of people. Don’t mock, demean, or embarrass anyone with your words or actions. Ask for space for yourself as well, if needed.

Don’t assume.
Respect everyone’s right to self-determination and don’t make assumptions about others’ gender, background, family relationships, health or abilities among other things.

Intervene.
If you witness harassment or other inappropriate treatment, do not remain a bystander.

Listen and learn.
Face new topics and people without prejudice, take every new thing and situation that comes your way as an opportunity to learn something new and develop.

Relax.
Making mistakes and asking questions is allowed. If you offend someone, apologize, and try to forgive others as well if they unintionally offend you.

If you see or experience behavior directed at yourself, a friend, another festival guest, or a staff member that feels distressing, inappropriate, or in any way does not support equality and inclusivity, please report it to the event’s staff. Festival staff has been instructed to pay attention to safety and equality.

Reporting harassment
The harassment contact person’s phone number is +358 44 333 558. You can reach them throughout the festival, from Wednesday to Sunday, by calling or sending a message.
